Please try to read with your child for 15 minutes each evening. (Read aloud to them or have them read aloud to you if they are able.) Ask them questions about the story to help prepare for the Reading/Listening Comprehension test on Wednesday.

“When there are 2 vowels in a word, the first vowel says its name, and the second vowel is silent.”

There will be a practice spelling “pre-test” on Thursday, and a spelling test on Friday over these words.

Adding and Subtracting on the Number line
We are having a Math test on Tuesday. The test will cover math facts:
adding 1, 2, and 3
subtracting 1.
